Return & Refund Policy

At Khayest.pk, we aim to deliver authentic products in perfect condition. Due to the nature of perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care items, we follow a strict exchange policy to ensure hygiene and product safety.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, shade selection, fragrance preference, or ordering mistakes.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange/replacement is only applicable if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • An incorrect product (different from what you ordered)

Proof Requirement

To qualify for an exchange, you must provide a clear unboxing video that starts from the sealed package and shows:

  • The shipping label
  • The package opening
  • The product(s) and the issue (damage/incorrect item)

The issue must be reported on the same day of delivery. Claims submitted later may not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Cases

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video
  • Late claims after the delivery day
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper storage
  • Sale/clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect on arrival)

If your exchange is approved, we will share return instructions. Do not send items without approval.

Damaged Goods & Claims Policy


1. Condition of Delivery
All products are inspected and securely packed prior to dispatch. Khayest shall not be held liable for any damage claims unless the conditions outlined in this policy are strictly met.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Evidence
• Customers must record a continuous, unedited video at the time of opening the parcel.
• The video must clearly show:
• The sealed package with intact packaging
• The entire unboxing process in one take (no pauses or cuts)
• The condition of the product upon opening

3. Strict Evidence Requirement
• Claims of damaged, defective, or missing items will only be accepted if supported by valid unboxing video evidence.
• No claims shall be entertained without such video proof, under any circumstances.

4. Time Limitation for Claims
• All damage or defect claims must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
• Claims submitted after this period shall be deemed invalid.

5. Verification & Resolution
• Khayest reserves the right to review and verify all submitted evidence.
• Upon approval of a valid claim, Khayest may, at its sole discretion:
• Provide a replacement product, or
• Issue a refund or store credit

6. Exclusions
Khayest shall not be responsible for claims in the following cases:
• Failure to provide a proper unboxing video
• Edited, unclear, or incomplete video evidence
• Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, misuse, or negligence
• Minor packaging wear that does not affect product usability

7. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Khayest, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with this policy.
